I'm pretty sure the NRO wouldn't be able to come up with a coherent refutation of the notion that there is no social harm in 'non-marital unions' including those with children.
Turner was his own lawyer, didn't testify or call any witnesses and he still got off, which tells me the charges were absolute bullshit. I don't care how big an asshole he is, this is a victory for free speech.
