Sounds like it won't be for casual users, at least at first, but is mainly targeted toward those Fagbook fanatics who post multiple times a day and constantly monitor their "wall".
This is obviously an older article - and a bit long, but I mainly post it because it does a fairly good job of shedding light on some of the games the US has played in regard to constantly meddling (then lying about it) in the Middle East.
