AIG was not forced to take the bailout money, but in doing so voluntarily accepted the terms of the agreement, the alternative being bankruptcy. Now they have the nerve to complain about it on behalf of their shareholders? IF AIG goes forward with this lawsuit and prevails, it's even more money out of taxpayer pockets. However, I'm torn here...
