Whilst this is somewhat old news (Sept 2012) it is nevertheless quite significant and the details of this has been somewhat "under-appreciated" in the Western Media.
What makes this so significant is that until recently oil sales were mostly conducted in dollars. Oil is probably the most vital and in demand commodity around the globe.
