I don't personally believe that a Civil War is exactly what the Ratkike has in mind but they are definitely pumping the antagonism levels on both sides (Rainbow Coalition + Niggers vs Conservatards + Evangelicals) in order to keep 'em distracted with one another and keep 'em stupid.
