First and foremost, I want to know why the parents/guardians/neighbors/tribe couldn't control an 8 year old child and HAD to call the police. WHY were there 4 police at the scene? Second, I want to know why/who the 8 year old was threatening to harm with the knife and if this was the first time this incident has happened?
