Easy - if your employer (j00s or not) tells you your outfit is inappropriate for the workplace, then it is by definition since they are signing your paychecks. How difficult is it to just wear something a little less revealing? Don't like it? Find another job. And I reckon the size of her bust wasn't the primary factor here - sounds like she was flaunting it for everyone to see. I do have a feeling if she was a little less fugly it might not have been such an issue. But that's life.
