Sounds kind of like the Jewish holiday PURIM. They enjoy some festive cookies called Hamantaschen. Or "Haman's Ears" in Hebrew. These are the symbolic EARS of the enemy of teh j00z named Haman. So, they eat his ears to celebrate killing this Haman guy a few thousand years ago. I don't see the mexicanos eating "j00 Ears" to celebrate their holiday, so WTF?
