Get ur tits out 4 the lads, gettt ur tits our 4 the lads! o/

This video is worth watching again (and again), if only to marvel at the hilarious keyboard player not to mention his fashionable *prison-white sneakers.

The aim of this game is to keep accurate score on how many times Sabrina's assets flop out.

The *Prison-white term comes from UK Chav untermensch parlance, used to denote a very happening and very white set o' sneakers.

Clio - Same producer who made the "Pineapples track". Afaik his production technique involved playing keyboard tracks in live on the keyboard overdubbing to reel-to-reel, ie, synth parts aren't sequenced. Drum machine could be a Linn Drum.

    Classic track

Fun Fun - Project featured models groovin to da beat. (They weren't the real singers). Ivana Spagna (example above) sang on many of the tracks.
The chick featured in the Valerie Dore didn't sing that track either, it was Novecento's vocalist Dora Carofiglio who sang on "The Night". (Novecento is the band of the producers).

Confused yet? Welcome to the world of Italo Disco where nothing is what it seems.

Italo at times blatantly ripped off other tracks and reworked them into (usually not particularly original) copies. Some worked out surprisingly well though. The classic example of this is Baltimora's "Tarzan Boy" which is a clever rework of RAF's "*Self Control".

*Note: Self Control was covered by Laura Branigan

    vs

ZTT (Trevor Horn & Production Crew behind Frankie Goes To Hollywood, ABC, Propaganda etc) appears to have been particular favourites amongst Italo Producers looking to make a quick n dirty copy. One example

    vs

Here "Cruisin Gang" does a more or less straight ripoff of Propaganda's P-Machinery

Italo Origins? Much of it came about due to high taxes on import records at the time in Italy. This situation encouraged local producers (often possessing more enthusiasm than talent) to step into the void. The sound was very much influenced by Giorgio Moroder (an Austrian/German crypto-Italian whose real name is Hansjorg) and quite possibly also by bands like Goblin (Dario Argento movie soundtracks), John Carpenter, Kraftwerk and so on.

Some critics list Moroder's music as Italo Disco. Personally I'm not convinced about that because the production values & musical sophistication are way beyond typical Italo fare whilst the style also differs but the influences on and similarities to Italo are unmistakeable.

Indubitably the greatist (non-Italo) Italo track of them all. Ful suport :agree:

Italo's influence on Nigger House Music is unmistakeable, very much underrated and not widely known about. One obvious example is Clio's "Faces" from around 1985 vs The Ones' "Flawless" from the 2000's.

    vs

Somebody on Youtube described the Flawless video as "Gayniggers from Outer Space" meet Daft Punk which has something to it, but Clio was around long before DP and the sound is clearly borrowed from "Faces".

For reference, Gayniggers from Outer Space is a crazy 1990's Danish short film about... guess what.... Gay Niggers from Outer Space! It's hilarious and just wrong on so many levels

    Some Eurobeat from Germany
Sandra was married to the writer / producer from Enigma, so the "sound" is quite distinguishable.

Oh, hell yeah. No instruments = no music

It sickens me that there are machines and software entirely designed so that people who aren't musicians can make "music". Yet another symptom of the disease that currently masquerades as Western Civilization.

That's one thing I LOVE about my gym; no fucking techno crap on the radio. I can totally live with classic rock and 90's alternative. Not my fav, but I'd suck the collective flannel-clad cock of Seattle and fondle its Doc Martens before I acknowledge some Eurofag with a synth as a musician.
