The managing editor of Xtra Vancouver said that children should be taught to endorse the homosexual agenda.

    :canada:

Children will be taught to endorse the homosexual agenda despite the beliefs of their parents, the managing editor of a homosexual newspaper in Canada has said. Writing in the online edition of Xtra Vancouver, Robin Perelle blasted parents with traditional beliefs saying “your outdated morals are no longer acceptable, and we will teach your kids the new norms”. The managing editor commented: “Just as the black civil rights movement changed the rules of what is and isn’t acceptable for racism, the gay rights movement is shifting norms in Canada.”

    Resilient

Last year it emerged that Stonewall, a homosexual pressure group in Britain, had been sending controversial teacher training packs to some primary schools. The pack included a DVD on which one head teacher said that pupils should be taught to be resilient to the values of their parents and grandparents. And last May a prominent gay blogger admitted that homosexual activists want to “indoctrinate” children.

    Indoctrinate

Writing on an LGBT blog, Daniel Villarreal said: “I and a lot of other people want to indoctrinate, recruit, teach, and expose children to queer sexuality AND THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.” He also said: “We want educators to teach future generations of children to accept queer sexuality. In fact, our very future depends on it.” He added: “Why would we push anti-bullying programs or social studies classes that teach kids about the historical contributions of famous queers unless we wanted to deliberately educate children to accept queer sexuality as normal?”

“We can do wonders if we get them early” – Any Doubt How The Story Ends?

    http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/we...em-early-young-twin-boy-undergoes-sex-change/

    BY KATHLEEN GILBERT

    Wed Dec 14, 2011 15:57 EST

A front page story on the Boston Globe’s Sunday edition highlighted the work of a prestigious Massachusetts hospital which blocked and altered the development of one young boy’s body to match his self-identification as a girl.

Wyatt Maines, now 14 years old, is the identical twin of brother Jonas - but thanks to powerful hormone blocking drugs, he is now five inches shorter and several pounds lighter than Jonas, sports more feminine features, and goes by the name “Nicole.” “The thought of being a boy makes me cringe,’’ said Maines. “I just couldn’t do it.’’

Soon, Maines plans to begin taking estrogen to develop hips and grow breasts, an irreversible change that will cause permanent sterility. The last stage - what the Globe calls Maines’ “final step on her journey to womanhood” - will be surgery to remove Maines’ penis and create a vagina-like structure.

The Maines family said they opted for the treatment to remedy young Wyatt’s gender identity disorder (GID), recognized as a psychiatric condition by the American Psychiatric Association.

The APA’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual states that only a very small number of children with GID maintain the symptoms into later adolescence or adulthood.

Endocrinologist Norman Spack, co-founder of the Gender Management Services Clinic at Children’s Hospital in Boston, began blocking Wyatt’s development at age 11 to ensure no masculine features arose. When children are still young, he noted, gender perception is more pliable: “We can do wonders if we can get them early,” he said.

Spack also played an important role reassuring the twins’ parents, particularly their father, who said he was anguished at the loss of his son, having had long experience with “dads who are just freaking out.”

Sex reassignment therapy remains a highly controversial practice among the psychiatric community. Paul McHugh, the chairman of the Johns Hopkins psychiatric department at Johns Hopkins University, concluded that to perform such changes on a gender-confused individual was to “cooperate with a mental illness rather than try to cure it...(I)n ten, fifteen, twenty years out there is tremendous regret, invariably accompanied by alcoholism, drug addiction, and even suicide attempts”.

The School Lunchbox Toilet Training Program for Ending anti-LGBT Bullying

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    .

The GLSEN Lunchbox Training Program for Ending anti-LGBT Bullying

Though it does not contain a thermos of cold milk or your favorite snacks, we hope it will still hit the spot. Just like the lunchbox you carried off to school years ago, this container also carries sustenance of sorts.

Parents and educators figured out long ago that proper nutrition affects cognitive development and school performance. We at GLSEN have made as our top priority nutrition of a different, but equally important kind. Just as we must tend to children's basic dietary requirements if we expect them to learn and flourish in school, so too must we feed their need for a safe environment in which to learn, as well as quench their social and emotional needs. Children who are malnourished or hungry cannot learn. Neither can students who have not had their daily allowance of affirmation and support, let alone those who are fed fear and isolation on a regular basis.

The GLSEN Lunchbox is a way for us to begin to nourish the spirits of those who have lived with bigotry and rejection their entire lives. By offering educators a regimen of tools for breaking the silence and stereotypes around lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) issues, The GLSEN Lunchbox brings us one step closer to a balanced and healthy school environment for all.

The GLSEN Lunchbox is a comprehensive training program aimed at providing educators and community members with the background knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to make schools safer and more affirming places for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) students.

The GLSEN Lunchbox is designed to be a "do-it-yourself" kit and contains all the instructions and materials necessary for even inexperienced facilitators to conduct complete trainings that address LGBT issues. Because the needs of educators vary greatly from one community to another, The GLSEN Lunchbox encompasses a broad range of strategies and provides a flexible structure. The training module is presented in menu format, and includes 45 exercises categorized under seven broad areas or "Frames". Each Frame represents a different goal or facet of a complete training experience. In designing sessions that are best suited to their particular audiences, facilitators have the option of selecting exercises that relate most closely to their workshop goals and timeframe. Sample agendas follow.

IN WHAT WAYS DOES HOW DOES THE UPDATED GLSEN LUNCHBOX DIFFER FROM THE ORIGINAL GLSEN LUNCHBOX?

Several goals provide the basis for developing this revision of the GLSEN Lunchbox:

    1. More activities for specific audiences: Many of the new activities and revised original activities are now geared toward audiences with a specific focus. There are activities that will be particularly helpful for anyone who works in elementary school communities, others that will be helpful for members of middle school communities, and still other activities most appropriate for high schools. Similarly, there are different sets of activities for school administrators, classroom teachers, and various school support staff.

    2. LGBT issues framed in a broader context of diversity and human rights: Throughout The GLSEN Lunchbox, new and revised activities reflect our recognition of the importance of framing anti-LGBT harassment and pro-active support for LGBT students in a broader context of bullying, harassment, and diversity issues.

    3. More activities that specifically relate to issues around gender expression and identity: In The GLSEN Lunchbox, we have modified language and - more importantly - substance and content to be more inclusive of transgender-related issues. Indeed, changes in this training program reflect our awareness that in many schools, harassment and discrimination based on gender identity and/or gender expression is often much more pervasive than that based on sexual orientation, particularly in elementary and middle schools.

    4. Training "menus" that allow for more flexibility in a time when there is limited funding and time for in-service training of school staff: These are challenging times for schools in terms of financing and expectations, particularly related to academic standards. Highly creative teachers and principals are increasingly beleaguered and constrained in their ability to focus on anything other than "basic standards." While we firmly believe that actual and perceived LGBT students cannot be expected to succeed if they don't feel safe and supported, The GLSEN Lunchbox offers agenda suggestions and activities that recognize the frequent absence of funding and time for in-service training of school staff.

    5. "Less talk and more action": The GLSEN Lunchbox provides for more participant-directed activities, as well as activities that offer concrete and tangible strategies that can be applied directly in the school.
The kit contains over 40 training exercise cards, a binder with 140 pages of handouts/resources, a video with nine exerpts from GLSEN, Human Relations Media and Women's Educational Media, 25 GLSEN Safe Space stickers, and a GLSEN highlighter and photo holder.

Price: $129.95 + tax where applicable.

Policy Recommendations for Safe LGBT Campuses

    http://www.kintera.org/site/c.nlI2Ie...2D8/Campus.htm

Recommendations focus on providing a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students through staff training, nondiscrimination policies, teaching of respect for diversity, and comprehensive sex education.

    • Include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression in the institution's non-discrimination clause.
    • Provide single stall gender-neutral restroom facilities.
    • Provide a clear, safe, visible means of reporting intolerance.
    • Respond visibly and expeditiously to acts of intolerance.
    • Provide visible "safe" persons, within campus security, student life and other departments.
    • Create a LGBT studies department.
    • Integrate LGBT issues into existing courses.
    • Promote inclusive language in the classroom (for example, create a pamphlet with examples of heterosexist assumptions and language with suggested alternatives).
    • Develop workshops/programs to address homophobia/heterosexism within fraternities, sororities and intercollegiate athletics.
    • Create LGBT groups for under-represented populations (LGBT people who are physically or mentally challenged, LGBT “international people”, LGBT addicts, LGBT incipient homeless, LGBT parolees, etc.).

Who would have thought EVEN 15 YEARS AGO that in the year 2012, teachers would be told to essentially drop all instruction in favor of the higher priority of protecting cross-dressing children from the moral judgment of OTHER CHILDREN?

Just because these rabid queers in Vancouver want this does not mean it will happen. The Conservatives are in power now, the Liberal Party (homo party) was basically wiped out last election, things are not the same as they were before.

Rastus: are u kidding?--what planet are u from, anyway? "liberals" and "conservatives" are just two names for fronts for the real money power behind things with absolute death-grip over things--the legalized COUNTERFEITERS of US Federal Reserve bank.

And queers are rife throughout the "conservatives" no less than "liberals"--get a brain, for goodness sakes. How old are u, anyway?
