    The choice was a bit limited here. Basically it boils down to that whole East Coast vs West Coast thing that nigrappers beat to death (and in some cases shot each other to death). If that's the case then California pwns NY/NJ. How many great bands really came out of that whole area? Maybe The Cramps or The Ramones. Besides, CA had aa really kickass underground scene that most n00bs never even knew existed. A band like Killer Pussy or JFA could've never came out of NY.
